Understanding the Problem
Organizations with distributed field and site staff struggled with manual, paper-based processes for attendance tracking, safety incident reporting, leave requests, and expense claims, leading to delayed approvals, poor visibility into workforce activity, and inconsistent safety compliance across sites.
Engineering the Solution
Designed and developed a full-featured employee management app with GPS-based check-in/check-out, real-time attendance tracking, activity logging (training, site visits, toolbox talks), digital expense and leave management, safety/near-miss incident reporting, employee recognition tools, and secure Firebase-based OTP authentication, all backed by an analytics dashboard for management oversight.
