The Challenge
The Aakar community lacked a unified digital platform. Members relied on scattered WhatsApp groups, paper circulars, and word-of-mouth to stay informed about events, pay dues, and contact other members. Committee management was entirely manual, causing information gaps and low engagement across the 80,000+ member base.
Our Solution
Yunawise designed and built Vyavhar (Aakar App) — a full-featured community super-app for iOS and Android. The app includes a live member directory, digital payment gateway for membership dues, event announcements with RSVP, classified listings, a matrimonial section, and a dedicated admin panel for committee members. Built with Flutter for cross-platform reach and integrated with Supabase for real-time data.
