The gifting brand needed an online store that could handle diverse product categories (kids, corporate, customised, stationery) while creating an emotional "unboxing" experience that differentiates it from generic gift shops.
Approach
Built a Shopify storefront with category-based navigation (birthday return gifts, corporate gifts, customised gifts, kids/boys/girls), featured and sale product sections, customer review integration, WhatsApp-based support, and a FAQ system covering shipping and payments.
Outcome
